Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Pop-Straps website or placing an order. By accessing our site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information Pop-Straps is an independent commercial retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Swatch AG, Audemars Piguet S.A., or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or partners. All brand names, trademarks, and product names mentioned on this website — including Royal Pop, AP × Swatch, Audemars Piguet, and Swatch — are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for the purpose of product compatibility identification.

2. Products Pop-Straps designs and sells independent aftermarket wrist straps compatible with the AP × Swatch Royal Pop collection. Our products are not manufactured by, approved by, or associated with Swatch AG or Audemars Piguet S.A. Compatibility references are made solely to help customers identify the correct product for their watch.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and device settings. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation will always be honoured.

4. Orders & Contract Formation By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and that you are at least 18 years of age. A binding contract is formed only upon receipt of our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Pop-Straps is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, third-party carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pop-Straps is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. 7. Warranty & Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at returns@pop-straps.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

8. Trademark & Compatibility Disclaimer References to Royal Pop, AP × Swatch, Audemars Piguet, and Swatch on this website are made under the principle of nominative fair use solely to describe product compatibility. Pop-Straps claims no trademark rights over any of these names. This website and its products are not official merchandise of any of the aforementioned brands.

9. Intellectual Property All original content on this website — including Pop-Straps branding, product descriptions, photography, and design — is the intellectual property of Pop-Straps and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pop-Straps shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

11. Data Protection We process personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss and EU data protection law, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and where applicable the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law provisions. 13. Consumer Rights Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Swiss or EU consumer protection law.
