Due to current global geopolitical developments and widespread logistical disruptions, estimated delivery times across all regions and destinations are currently up to 20 business days. Please note that these timeframes are strictly estimates provided for guidance purposes only and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability: Pop-Straps assumes absolutely no liability or responsibility for delayed deliveries, late arrivals, or any subsequent losses arising therefrom. Pop-Straps shall not be held liable for any shipping delays, delivery failures, or service disruptions caused by customs clearance procedures, postal or carrier interruptions, strikes, transport shortages, or any other extraordinary circumstances completely beyond our reasonable control. Any and all claims for damages, refunds, or compensation due to delayed transit or delivery are expressly excluded.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. Free shipping options may be available depending on minimum order value thresholds, which are dynamically displayed during the checkout process. Once your package has been formally dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which can be utilized to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier's portal.

International shipments may be subject to various customs fees, import duties, customs tariffs, or local import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Payment and clearance of these additional charges remain the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer. Pop-Straps maintains no control over international customs operations, statutory regulations, or processing times, and is entirely unable to predict or calculate any such additional destination fees.

If your package arrives physically damaged or fails to arrive after the full expiration of the 20-business-day estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team at info@pop-straps.com with your specific order number so that we can promptly initiate an investigation with the carrier. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the complete delivery address is entered accurately at the time of ordering. Pop-Straps disclaims all liability and cannot be held accountable for orders that are lost, misdelivered, returned, or significantly delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the customer.
