We want you to love your Pop-Straps. If something is not right, we make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your strap for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your strap arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately, no questions asked.
